Practice starts with the coach playing the ball into midfield which is 4v4. Two attacking MF are allowed to join once the forward receives the ball. If the D's regain the ball they can then release the MF who attack the other end

Organisation: Balls: 12; Bibs: 7; Cones: Y; Goals: 2; Other: Flat Cones
