Game – Score a goal
All players:
1 player in goal and another player complete the course –
Run through cones
Around the blue cone
Dribble around the 2 red lines
Score a goal
After player has scored their goal they will become the goalkeeper and another player will complete the course.
10 minutes
Game – 5v5 (v5)
Rules:
1 team defending, 1 team defending, 1 team outside on IP team side
6 passes before shooting, which increases by one everytime you score
Must use outside players for atleast 1 pass in buildup.
When defensive team win ball they become the attacking team

Rules –
1) Play out from the back
2) when a team wins the ball they have 10 seconds to get the ball into the final third, if the ball doesn't go into final third within 10 seconds they pass the ball to the goalkeeper on the other team
