Players are assigned as follows 5v5 in the midfield zone 2v2 in the attack zone. Players are not allowed to leave their zones. The object for the 5 attacking mid-fielders is to play into the 2 forwards. If the defending team wins the ball they must dribble the ball over the end line and finish on the goal. The forwards are not allowed to pass and must finish on solo runs. Limit the touches of the attackers. Forwards to set back to the midfield who can shoot at the goal if they score it counts double.
After passing to the forwards one midfielder is allowed to join. Progression 2
