The second player starts when the first dribbles forward in the next lane. The players stay on their sides and dribble past the players in the other groups. Variations Clockwise. Counter clockwise.

Whole team turns round moves backwards, must pass ball through everyones legs to front player who joins the back and repeats until they reach finish line.

Drill: Traffic Jam
Setup: Use cones to create a grid (20x20 yards). Each player has a ball.
Instructions:
Players dribble their ball around the grid, avoiding "traffic" (other players).
On the coach’s command:
"Red light" = Stop and foot on the ball.
"Green light" = Dribble again.
"Roundabout" = Dribble in a circle.
Progression: Add challenges like dribbling with weaker foot only.
Key Coaching Points:
Keep the ball close.
Heads up to avoid collisions.
Use different parts of the foot (inside, outside, sole).
