Players must dribble the ball through the cones before finishing on goal they then join the opposite side before traveling back the opposite way. Ask the players to perform a ball mastery skill instead of dribbling into the square. Look for!

Player In Pairs:
Stand in between cones at each end, one touch passing to see how many they can get, if they get 10 move middle cones closer together.
Everytime they reach 10 make it closer in the middle, if they hit a cone make it bigger
If 2 touches is needed to start that’s fine but don’t make it smaller until they are all one touch passes.
Player In Pairs:
Player 1 ball in hand, rolls ball to the left in the middle then right for 1 minute then switch.
Then throw the ball each way for a volley back.
