Three versus three midfield a goal can be scored only after having passed the ball to attacker in the box.
The attacker in the box can play inside the box only.
If the defender wins the ball he can attack on small goals.
Change the attacking team after each goal remember to change the defend-ers of the attackers as well.

Teams play 8v4 with defending team needing to win the ball and then being able to attack the team which had possession must then defend.
Look to make the pitch as big as possible when in possession. The four defenders need to work together to regain the ball
Technique when passing and moving the ball (to feet or space). Take the ball into space away from pressure.
Game – 5v5 (v5)
Rules:
1 team defending, 1 team defending, 1 team outside on IP team side
6 passes before shooting, which increases by one everytime you score
Must use outside players for atleast 1 pass in buildup.
When defensive team win ball they become the attacking team
2 teams:
- Keeper in goal
- Defenders on half way
- Attackers on half way
- Attackers start with ball and on coaches say they start to attack.
- Can defence get back and delay the attack?
- Can midfield get back and defend/recover quickly?
- ATT get goals for scoring
- DEF get goals for stopping the attack
