The game Game starts with the Gk who looks to play out from the back. The 11 players look to build up play while playing in the lines and from an attack on the goal.
If the defending team win the ball they can counter attack on the goal.
Players can move between the lines but must maintain the shape by rotating. Give individual challenges to the different players.
