  • Description
  • Square 10x10 yards. Shooting from a distance of 15 yards. At the same time player A and B pass square and sprint in the opposite directions to reach the ball and finish with a shot at goal.

  • Weighted low-pass. Complete recovery between the sprints.

  • Increase pressure / reduce space / add direction.
Regressions
  • Remove opposition or enlarge the area to restore success.
