If 4th player in group, blues take turns at defending
Team 1:
Player 1 must pass ball to player 2, player 2 then must attempt to pass ball back to player 1
Defender:
Defender can go once the ball passes center line.
Defenders job is to cut out the second pass.
Allow defender to fail a few times

Defender will press diagonally and fail multiple times using the instinctive press.
